2 Bedroom villa with lawned garden in a quiet location close to the beach at Larnaca Bay between Larnaca and Dhekelia. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in the sun or for travelling to other parts of Cyprus by car or using the local bus service. The convenient location and ease of access to other areas has made the house popular with visitors who are considering buying a property.

Aynine is a 2 bedroom villa situated in a quiet area off the main road, between Larnaca and Dhekelia about 300 metres from the beach in a small complex of houses on the outskirts of the village of Oroklini (Voroklini)

Dhekelia Road itself is dotted with shops, tavernas, bars, restaurants and other tourist amenities, making it an ideal base from which to explore the local area.

Aynine is situated close to the beach in a quiet area within easy, level walking distance of shops, several bars, restaurants and tavernas

The house which is fully air conditioned can sleep up to 6 people - there is 1 double bed, 3 singles and a folding bed. Accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower over, lounge/diner and kitchen with downstairs toilet/washroom. Bedroom windows are fitted with fly screens.
The enclosed garden has a patio which is shaded, garden furniture is also supplied.

Equipped with washing machine, full size cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD player, barbeque, the house is suitable for those who wish to cater for themselves. Of course if you wish to eat out there are many restaurants, bars and tavernas within easy reach of the house. All bed linen and towels are supplied. We also supply an electric iron and ironing board and hair dryer. A mobile phone is also supplied for your use (pay as you go) - its a lot cheaper than using your own in Cyprus!

The garden is laid mainly to grass, with some small palm trees and shrubs. It is fully enclosed making it suitable for children. A shaded patio overlooks the garden. We provide patio furniture and 2 sun loungers.

The house is just 3 minutes walk from the safe, sandy beach where sun beds and umbrellas can be hired for a modest sum. Buses to and from Larnaca/Ayia Napa pass nearby about every half hour during the day.
Dhekelia Road itself is dotted with shops, tavernas, bars, restaurants and other tourist amenities, making it an ideal base from which to explore the local area. Banks and ATM's are also within easy walking distance.

Cyprus Currency is now the Euro.
